The 2" LCD display with 1" lettering easily switches between pounds and kilograms, and is accurate to within +/- 1 lb. It also has an auto tare feature and will automatically shut off the screen if left unused for 15 minutes, increasing the lifespan of the lithium rechargeable battery.
